Gabon 2012 African Cup of Nations Puma Home football shirts

This is the new Gabon 2012 home football shirt made by Puma which will beavailable here.

Puma invited African artists from the Creative African Network (CAN) – Puma's platform connecting and promoting artists from and in Africa to design the graphic which would appear on the new shirts of their national team. All of the artists took inspiration from their own country, culture and traditions and created something truly unique. Something much more than just a graphic.

The result is that for the first time in football, the Cameroon football jerseys, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Algeria, Namibia, Senegal, Togo, Gabon, Burkina Faso and South Africa kits have been designed by a local artist. The new kits fuse the worlds of sport, art and culture by identifying their shared values and communities.

The technical kit footballs have been designed to maximise the player’s on-pitch performance and the jersey fits the body closely to avoid grabbing from the opponent, it also emphasises the physique of the players, allowing them to exhibit their physical presence on the pitch. The new Africa Home Shirts combine Puma's v-Speed performance elements with traditional African cut lines and the unique artist graphic. Additional details include an official Federation badge and PUMA Cat direct embroidery.

The body fit shirts allow freedom of movement and the PUMA USP fabric enhances body performance by dragging moisture away from the body. The Mesh fabric is enhancing air flow and keeps the body at the ultimate performing temperature.

Fulham Announce FxPro Sponsor Deal

Fulham Football Club has announced a new and exciting sponsorship deal with FxPro Financial Services Ltd (FxPro). FxPro, a leading global retail broker in FX and CFDs, will join the Club as its Main Sponsor from July 2010 on a three year deal. This will see the FxPro brand appear on the front of the First Team shirt until the summer of 2013.

The agreement, which follows Fulham’s recent successes in Europe and its highest ever Barclays Premier League finish, is the biggest in the Club’s history. Integral to the agreement is support from FxPro for a variety of Fulham Foundation initiatives, with particular focus, and funding, for Fulham Deaf FC.

Fulham’s outstanding media platforms, along with its enviable London location, were important factors for FxPro in the formation of a partnership. The high end hospitality offering, brand positioning, and well executed marketing initiatives reinforced the benefits for both parties in a joint long term union.

FAI announce 3 as new sponsor

3, Ireland's largest high speed network, and the football Association of Ireland today announced a sponsorship agreement, worth €7.5 million over four years, which sees 3 become the primary sponsor of the Irish national football team and all international squads.

Launching on August 11th this sponsorship sees 3, not only supporting the national team, but also working with football at grassroots level involving clubs and leagues up and down the country. The agreement coincides with 3's major push into the pre-paid market.

This much-coveted sponsorship affords 3 premium branding rights to include training and playing gear and cheap football kits, ticket branding and high visibility pitch-side branding at the magnificent Aviva Stadium.

Eager fans keen to get hold of the new shirt with the 3 logo will be able to do so from the Autumn onwards. 3 customers will also be given privileged access to tickets and other exciting initiatives, details of which will be announced at a later date.

With over 450,000 participants, cheap football shirts is the largest sport in the country and last year, 10 of the top 20 most watched sports events in Ireland were football events (9 of which were Senior Irish International matches). In addition, the 2.2 million peak audience which watched the France football shirts v Republic of Ireland match in November 2009 was the largest RTE audience for any sporting event since 1995.

RSC Anderlecht 2011/12 Home and Away Kits

RSC Anderlecht is a Belgian club playing in the Belgian Pro League, the top division in Belgium. Their home games are played at the Constant Vanden Stock Stadium which holds up to 26361 fans. Anderlecht ranked 3rd in the 2010/11 table after winning the 2009/10 league title. The 2009/10 triumph was Anderlecht’s 30th Belgian top division success. The club also won the 1983 UEFA Cup and the 1976 and 1978 European Super Cup.


The club has officially launched its new home and away strips for the 2011/12 season. The home shirt has the traditional white base colour, with a horizontal purple stripe in the middle, a purple collar and purple sides. The complementary shorts are white with purple edges and so are the socks. The trademark stripes of Adidas are purple. The away shirt has a black base colour with gold Adidas trademark stripes and a gold Adidas logo. It has a touch of purple on the collad and the sides are purple. The complementary shorts and socks are black with golden details.[url]

Samuel Armenteros tekent tot 2016 bij RSC Anderlecht

Samuel Armenteros heeft een contract tot 2016 bij RSC Anderlecht getekend. Dat deelde de landskampioen vandaag mee. De 22-jarige Zweedse spits komt volgend seizoen over van het Nederlandse Heracles Almelo.

Armenteros vertoeft sinds 2006 in Nederland. De Zweed van Cubaanse origine speelde twee seizoenen voor de jeugd van Heerenveen, waar hij in 2008 in de A-kern kwam. Hij speelde echter geen enkele wedstrijd voor Heerenveen en werd in 2009 door Heracles overgenomen. Dit seizoen scoorde hij in twintig wedstrijden al dertien keer.

Maar scoren is niet zijn enige kwaliteit. "Ik ben een fysiek sterke, explosieve en atletische speler, ben ook vrij balvast en kan mijn eigen acties maken", verklaarde Armenteros. "Ik ben ontzettend blij en trots met deze transfer. RSC Anderlecht is een prachtige club en de overgang van Heracles naar Anderlecht is een hele mooie stap in mijn carrière. De trainer wou me er graag bij en dat geeft vertrouwen. Anderlecht is een grote club en ik wil meedoen voor de titel. Persoonlijk wil ik zoveel mogelijk doelpunten maken, want dat is de taak van een spits, maar een aantal heb ik er nog niet opgeplakt. Laat me eerst nog maar even genieten van het feit dat ik bij deze mooie club heb getekend."
